Who to See at Lollapalooza 2026

The Lollapalooza 2026 lineup is officially here, and as expected, it’s stacked.

Set to take over Grant Park from July 30th to August 2nd, this year’s festival blends pop, indie and a strong wave of hip-hop and R&B talent. Headliners include Charli XCX, Lorde and JENNIE, alongside names like The Smashing Pumpkins and John Summit.

Lollapalooza and Austin City Limits Music Festival share more than just stacked lineups – they’re both produced by C3 Presents, which means there’s often an overlap in booking. Artists who make waves at Lollapalooza frequently find their way onto ACL’s stages in October, especially rising acts and standout performers from buzzy sets. With that in mind, the strong showing of Black artists at Lollapalooza aren’t just a reflection of current music, but also might be a preview of who we will be seeing come fall.

Here’s who you should watch out for at this year’s festival!

Lil Uzi Vert who is continuing to uniquely blur the line between punk energy and trap.

Freddie Gibbs who might be one of the sharpest lyricists in the game right now.

Clipse who’s set could easily become one of the weekend’s most talked-about moments if they keep up the intensity of their early work.

Blood Orange who carries the experimental side through blending funk with electric pop and R&B.

Little Simz who has been on a run of critically acclaimed projects.

Mustard who’s sets tend to feel less like a performance and more that a party gone wild.

Leon Thomas who’s been building quiet momentum in the R&B space and will definitely be leaving the festival with a much bigger audience.

So yeah, the headliners are big – but don’t let that shape the entire experience. Some of the best sets of the weekend might come from the names a little further down the lineup. If you know, you know. And if you don’t, Lollapalooza 2026 is about to put you on.
